Kamikaze 2.6 WRT54GL build

As an experiment, I set out to download the [Subversion repository] for Kamikaze and build the default images and ImageBuilder and SDK for a 2.6-based Linksys WRT54GL. The following list represents the packages that caused build errors, represented by their links to the Trac ticket database.
In all of the above, the build error was resolved by simply deselecting the appropriate packages.
